Support Services

Voitec offers local support services on behalf of our vendors, utilising our established support facilities and experienced engineers.

For those vendors that already have established local support in APAC, Voitec is able to offer additional levels of Support Services, enhancing the support options available to system integrators.

System integrators can choose to purchase standard vendor support via Voitec, allowing them to back their support straight into the Vendor’s Support desk, or for those that do not want to, or are unable to provide the required 1st and 2nd line support duties before escalating to the Vendor Support desk, Voitec is able to provide these lines of support on behalf of the system integrator.

Voitec can offer enhanced support services or a fully customised support package. Voitec Support is a great alternative to ensure clients are receiving the best support possible and ensuring a timely resolution to incidents.
